In December 2025, LIA Global Institute began a two-year capacitation and mentoring journey with ALDC, focused on strengthening seven key domains of organizational health.
As part of this journey, the LIA team recently held a collaborative sharing session with ALDC to jointly assess progress across the domains covered during the OCAT training.
Together, the two teams reflected on milestones reached, lessons learned, and the road ahead.
This assessment reaffirms a shared commitment to building stronger, healthier organizations equipped to fulfill their mission.
